1. Who we are

outlyn.ai is operated by Dhilabs AI LLP, India. In this policy, “Outlyn”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Dhilabs AI LLP. Where applicable, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below.

This policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions.

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• your name and email address;
• your phone number, only if you choose to provide it;
• the GATE branch you select; and
• the date of submission and the notice version shown to you (currently 2026-10-05).

Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser details, request time, and security or error logs. We do not currently provide user accounts, a readiness test, or the learning application through this website.

3. How we use it

We use waitlist information to:

• manage the early-access list and understand interest by GATE branch;
• contact you about access, launch updates, and relevant Outlyn product news;
• respond to questions or requests you send us; and
• secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Storage and service providers

The website is deployed on Cloudflare Workers and waitlist submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes data for us to host, secure, and operate these services. Resend receives the waitlist details to deliver an internal signup notification to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

5. Retention and security

We keep waitlist details while they are needed to manage early access and product communications, or until you ask us to remove them, subject to any limited retention required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backups. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure.

6. Cookies and tracking

We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking. Essential infrastructure may use limited technical storage or security mechanisms needed to serve and protect the website.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, update, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email contact@outlyn.ai from the address you used for the waitlist and tell us what you want us to do.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

8. Children

If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for you to provide personal data, please do not join the waitlist without that consent. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information without appropriate permission.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Outlyn changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. For questions, rights requests, or privacy grievances, contact contact@outlyn.ai.
