1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Outlyn is operated by Dhilabs AI LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. These Terms govern your use of our public website, GATE guides, waitlist, contact features, and related content (the “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Accepting these Terms

You accept these Terms by accessing or using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use it. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Current service and waitlist

The current Service provides public information and a way to express interest in future Outlyn access. Joining the waitlist does not create a user account, guarantee admission, reserve a paid plan, or require payment. We may decide when, where, and to whom early access is offered.

We may add, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue content or features. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

4. Educational information

The Service is for exam-preparation information. Mistakes, omissions, outdated information, and technical failures are possible. Always verify consequential dates, eligibility, registration requirements, syllabus changes, and official rules using the GATE brochure and organising institute’s website.

Outlyn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any IIT, the GATE organising committee, or a government body. We cannot guarantee an examination score, rank, admission, scholarship, employment, or other outcome.

5. Intellectual property

Our original software, design, branding, writing, selection, and other content are owned by Dhilabs AI LLP or licensed to us. Official examination material and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for non-commercial exam preparation. Without written permission, you may not republish, sell, bulk-extract, scrape, reverse engineer, or create a substitute database from the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights;
• submit another person’s information without authority;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls;
• use automated means to abuse the waitlist or send spam; or
• misrepresent your identity or association with Outlyn.

7. No current payment flow

Outlyn does not currently sell a plan or collect payment-card details through this Service. If paid plans are introduced, the price, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not exclude any guarantee, remedy, or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, Dhilabs AI LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss caused by reliance on unofficial educational information, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
